Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for considering our company for your purchase. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not offer returns on any of our products, however, we do offer exchanges in the following circumstances:

• If the item you received is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will happily exchange it for a new one.
• If the size or color of the item you received is not what you ordered, we will exchange it for the correct size or color.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

The product must be in its original, unused condition and must be accompanied by the original packaging and documentation.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. In addition, we cannot guarantee the availability of a replacement product and exchanges are subject to availability.
